CASE 22-122747: On November 16th, 2022, at approximately 8:00 pm the victim was shopping at a store in the 4200 block of Portsmouth Blvd. when she lost her credit card. It was picked up by the pictured suspect who then used the card at several different retailers to make fraudulent purchases. The suspect had a young child with her and a small dog in her shopping cart.
