CASE 22-76602: The male in the attached pictures is a suspect in a couple of cases. He goes to 7-Elevens during the night shift and asks for cigarettes. Then, he forces the clerk to repeatedly scan the coupon code that's on his cellphone. He ends up getting a couple hundred dollars’ worth of cigarettes for no more than ten dollars.
