The City of Chesapeake will provide reasonable accommodations and services necessary for sensory-impaired and disabled persons by contacting the Facilities Maintenance Administrator at 757-382-8951 at least three working days in advance; and language assistance to individuals with limited English proficiency to the extent possible by contacting the Planning Department at 757-382-6176 at least ten days in advance of this meeting.

While this is not a public hearing, the public and any one or several members of the Chesapeake City Council may choose to attend.
