Dominion Boulevard Corridor Study & Economic Development Strategic Plan

The City has identified the Dominion Boulevard Corridor (US Route 17 South) as a key strategic area for the future of the City. In light of the emerging development demand, associated with the Dominion Boulevard Bridge and Roadway Improvement Project that was completed in 2016, City Council Adopted the Dominion Boulevard Corridor Study and Economic Development Strategic Plan on November 15, 2016.
