Volunteering in Chesapeake

Citizens of Chesapeake are known for their civic involvement, passion to serve, and willingness to make a difference in the lives of others. Our citizen volunteers play a vital role in the daily functions of the City government, as well as within our departments and community at large. We invite you to join our team of volunteers and partner with us to work toward making Chesapeake "The City that CARES." Whatever your interests may be, the City of Chesapeake has a variety of volunteer opportunities just waiting for you!
