Fire Fighter's Prayer
A Firefighters Prayer

When I am called to duty Lord,
wherever flames may rage,
Give me strength to save a life,
whatever be it's age.

Enable me to be alert,
and hear the weakest shout
And quickly and effectively,
put the fire out.

I want to fill my calling Lord,
and give the best in me
To serve my every neighbor,
and protect his property.

And if according to Your will,
I have to loose my life
Please bless with your protecting hand,
my children and my wife
