The Department of Human Resources is responsible for providing staff support to the City Manager and operating departments through the administration of a comprehensive personnel management system. The Department's full-time staff members represent functional areas of benefits, classification and compensation, equal employment opportunity (EEO), recruitment, employee relations, human resources information system (HRIS), organizational development, and training.
