The Commissioner of the Revenue's Personal Property section is responsible for the assessment of taxes on all individual and business vehicles including cars, trucks, motorcycles, and recreational vehicles. Trailers, aircraft, watercraft, and mobile homes (on temporary foundations) are also assessed as personal property.
