Clerk of the Circuit Court
To provide support to the court in the administration of equal justice and equal access, the preservation of court and land related records and the delivery of quality service that is responsive to the needs of our citizens.

Commissioner of Revenue
The Office of the Commissioner of the Revenue assesses individual and business personal property taxes, prorates personal property taxes on motor vehicles and trailers, issues City business licenses, administers special taxes on meal, lodging, excavations, cigarettes, admissions and rental equipment, and administers the City's real estate tax relief program.

Commonwealth's Attorney
The Office of the Commonwealth's Attorney prosecutes all felony, driving under the influence cases and many other misdemeanor criminal cases in the General District, Juvenile and Domestic Relations District and Circuit Courts.
