Paying for Services

At Chesapeake Integrated Behavioral Healthcare (CIBH), no one is denied service due to inability to pay. We accept most insurance plans. If you do not have insurance, we can help you apply for Medicaid. If you don't qualify, you may be eligible for reduced fees based on your income and family size.

Patient Assistance Program

If you are having trouble paying for medication prescribed by a CIBH doctor, speak to a nurse about whether you qualify for help from the Patient Assistance Program (PAP). PAPs are programs offered by various pharmaceutical companies to help uninsured or low-income individuals and families pay for medications. Our staff can help you fill out and submit the necessary paperwork to the pharmaceutical companies, but be aware it will be up to the individual pharmaceutical company to decide if you meet their criteria.
