The Chesapeake Infant Intervention Program is the local lead agency for the Infant and Toddler Connection of Chesapeake. It provides early intervention supports and services to infants and toddlers from birth to age three who are not developing as expected or who have a medical condition that is likely to result in a disability. Early intervention focuses on increasing the child's participation in family and community activities that are important to the family.
