Bulk Trash/Waste Pickup -

Select to submit a bulk pickup request before 11:59 pm the day prior to your regular collection day. Items such as furniture, hot-water heaters, tree limbs can be collected. Construction mat'l (drywall, bricks, concrete, etc), hazardous mat'l (ex. paint cans, oil), tree trunks will not be collected. Glass must be taped; Limbs at a max of 6" diameter x 4' length. Yard waste must be in clear bags. Bulk collection is limited to a total maximum volume of 4' wide x 4' high x 4' long per week.

Select to report street light outages. If possible, please have the power pole identification tag information available when reporting the problem. The tag will list a combination of letters and numbers. This information is helpful in processing your request. The City notifies the Virginia Dominion Power of outages called in by citizens as a courtesy. Outages are typically resolved within 10-15 work days. If the problem is more than a burnt out bulb, repairs may take longer.
