Newcomers - Setting Up Utilities
How can I start or stop service?
Our Public Utilities Department is responsible for maintaining connection, disconnection, billing & payment collections for our utility services. You can phone them at (757) 382-6352. We can do everthing over the phone. Our phone line hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m..
You can come into City Hall, 306 Cedar Road, to the 2nd floor and sign-up in person.

Stormwater Fees
You can pay your Stormwater Fees invoice online through the City Treasurer's Payment Center paying by check or by credit card through OfficialPayments.com.
