LONG TERM ROAD WORK ON GEORGE WASHINGTON HIGHWAY

| DATES: | Monday, July 13 – August 30, 2010 |
| INFORMATION: | The Long Bridge replacement project will result in a lane shift on George Washington Highway, located just north of the firehouse. Construction will be completed in phases to allow traffic to be maintained in both directions. Motorists should be alert to heavy equipment, work crews and slow traffic. Citizens can follow the progress of the project by viewing the project spotlight, located on the home page of the City website at: www.cityofchesapeake.net |
