CITY OFFICES CLOSE IN OBSERVANCE OF PRESIDENTS' DAY
CHESAPEAKE - Chesapeake City government offices, court system, and all public libraries will be closed in observance of Presidents' Day on Monday, February 18. Community centers will be open on Monday from 10:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m
Public libraries will also be closed Sunday, February 17. In addition, there will be no trash collection on February 18. Monday's collection will take place on Wednesday, February 20.
City offices will resume normal hours on Tuesday morning, February 19, at 8:30 a.m. Libraries and courts will also resume regular hours on February 19, at 9:00 a.m. Residents who need more information should call the Public Communications Department at 382-6241.
