Outdoor Tips
Place mulch around shrubs to conserve moisture
Clean driveways and walks with a broom
Wash vehicles at a car wash facility that recycles water
Check all water line connections and faucets for leaks. If they are leaking or dripping, tighten the connections or replace worn washers.
When under Mandatory Water Conservation, Condition
2,
outdoor water use is curtailed. Lawns may not be watered,
shrubs and plants
may be only watered with up to a 3-gallon container,
driveways and streets may
not be washed,
and ornamental fountains using City water may not be operated.
