The Operations Bureau is mainly comprised of the Five Police Precincts and the Traffic Enforcement Section. Each of these areas has a Commanding Officer and other staff members who assist their Commanding Officers in the responsibilities assigned to their section.

The main focus of the Operations Bureau is to partner with the community to promote a safe city through the prevention of crime and providing quality law enforcement.
