Human Resources Department

The Department of Human Resources is responsible for providing staff support to the City Manager and operating departments through the administration of a comprehensive personnel management system. The Department's 19 full-time staff members represent four major Divisions -- Administration; Recruitment, Testing and Selection; Classification, Pay and Benefits; and Employee Relations and Training.
