      August Green III, owner, 1212 Keats Station, requesting a variance from Section 6-1402.A.3.a of the Chesapeake Zoning Ordinance to reduce the secondary front yard setback for through lots from 25 feet to approximately 21 feet for a proposed sunroom addition to an existing single-family dwelling. The property is further identified as lot 14 Keats Landing, Real Estate Parcel No. 0272006000140, Zoning Classification R-8S (residential), Washington Borough, Urban Overlay District.
