Future Exercises

October 30 and 31, 2006

The City of Chesapeake Local Emergency Planning Committee will conduct a Hazardous Materials Response Tabletop Exercise on October 30 – 31, 2006 at the Fire Headquarters building.  This exercise will be used to assess emergency preparedness and response procedures related to a hazardous material incident. The scenario will allow first responders to demonstrate the roles, responsibilities and functions of incident command and the ability to establish and operate an incident command system.
