The Customer Resource Center (Call Center) was established to provide better customer service to the people who call the Division of Social Services for information and assistance.

When should I call the Call Center?

Call the center when you want to:

  • to inquire about services provided by the agency.
  • to report changes in your household’s circumstances.
  • to obtain general information about your benefits.
  • to reschedule an appointment with your eligibility worker.
  • to request an application for assistance.
  • to obtain directions to the agency

You may reach the Call Center by dialing (757) 382-2320.

When can I call the Call Center for information?

The call center is available from 7:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday.
