Station 2 houses the following equipment:

Battalion 1, Engine 2, Ladder 2, Truck 2, Boat 2 & Medic 2

Fire Station #2 is one of the busiest firehouses in North America. In recent years it has earned a spot in the top 100 busiest fire stations according to Firehouse Magazine's annual run survey. The station serves a large urban, suburban and industrial area. The firefighters assigned there affectionately refer to it as the "Castle of the Sleepless Knights" for their night and day call responses. Station 2 was originally built in the 1930's and has undergone 2 major relocations and renovations since then.
