Facilities Management Department

A Division of General Services

The Facilities Management Department is the City's internal resource for everything having to do with the buildings it owns. The Department's Facility Construction Division is responsible for the planning, programming, construction management, and commissioning of new Capital Budget building projects. The Department's Facility Maintenance Division is responsible for the maintenance and care of all City-owned buildings. These responsibilities include housekeeping services; structural, mechanical, and electrical integrity and continuity; and energy conservation programs. Requests for Facility Maintenance services may be made by calling the Work Order Center at 382-8432.
