Child Abuse Prevention Month
In recognition of this important issue, the Chesapeake Council on Youth Services (CCOYS) and the Office of Youth Services present a display in the lobby of the City Hall Building during the month of April. The display table includes brochures, informational items, and a Blue Ribbon - the symbol of this campaign.
In addition, the Office of Youth Services joins other employees and local celebrities for an evening of networking and fun, at a local restaurant, to support Prevent Child Abuse Hampton Roads during the Annual Celebrity Night fundraiser.
