The Center is a division of the City's new Bureau of Community Programs, which gives customers one easy phone number “382-CITY” to call to request City services or information. Customers will receive immediate assistance for whatever question, interest or concern they may have.
The Center also provides over 75 online service request options to customers such as requesting a bulk trash pickup, missed trash pickup, reporting potholes, other requests or services dealing with blocked ditches, zoning violations, athletic field and park maintenance, barking dogs, events information and much more.
