Citizen Inquiries and Concerns

Chesapeake Customer Contact Center logoCitizen inquiries, concerns and requests for City services are handled by the Customer Contact Center via telephone at (757) 382-CITY (2489) Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Customers will receive immediate assistance for whatever question, interest or concern they may have.

Citizens may also access the online Chesapeake Customer Contact Center to note concerns, fill-in customer satisfaction surveys or request City Services.

The Center provides over 70 online service request options to customers such as requesting a bulk trash pickup, missed trash pickup, reporting potholes, other requests or services dealing with blocked ditches, zoning violations, athletic field and park maintenance, barking dogs, events information and much more.
