AGRICULTURE DEPARTMENT

Through the Virginia Cooperative Extension Service, this department provides services for agricultural producers and land owners including soil testing, plant disease diagnosis, nursery and greenhouse production, home horticulture and pesticide use. The Family and Consumer Sciences provides education in nutrition and wellness, financial management and family stability. 4-H youth program and the Master Gardener Program are also coordinated through this office. 382-6348.
