GEORGE WASHINGTON HIGHWAY (WILLOWWOOD DR TO OLD MILL ROAD)
Provide additional pavement to create a four lane roadway and improve the intersection of Gallberry/Shell Road and George Washington Highway. Originally a City project, Culpepper Landing development subsequently “proffered” the road improvements.
