Operation Streamline - a joint City and development community project

The City considers customer service as a major priority. As such, the City periodically reviews the development process to identify areas that could be improved. Communication is one area that consistently is identified for potential improvement. As a result, the City added development information to the City’s website which includes detailed procedures for many of the development tasks.

To further enhance communications with the development design community, anyone interested in receiving a periodic “Development Advisory” regarding engineering and/or construction development issues can be added to an email mailing list. The purpose of the advisory is to notify people of various types of information. This information includes changes in City personnel, development procedures, design requirements, construction requirements or just reminders about various development requirements that are affecting multiple customers.   Click on "Advisories to Date" to see a complete list of advisories.
