DEMOLITION

 

Applicant Responsibilities

1. Clear photographs of the structure to be demolished to illustrate state of disrepair.
   One original set of photographs and nine photocopies or each photograph
2. Written report from the Department of Neighborhood Services relative to the condition of the structure
   One original and ten copies of the written report
3. Written description of any structure to remain, and any new structures proposed to replace the demolished structure.
   One original and ten copies of all written materials

Application Deadline

Monday prior to the 2nd Wednesday of the month by 5 p.m.

Planning Commission Public Hearings are held on the 2nd Wednesday of the month.
