MINOR ALTERATIONS/REPAIRS

 

Applicant Responsibilities

1. Written description of work to be performed.
   One original and ten copies of all written descriptions
2. Samples, photographs, and/or brochures of siding, brick type, roof shingles, paint chips, doors and windows, ornamentation, and other exterior materials.
   One sample of all materials
3. Clear photographs of the structure.
   One original photograph of the entire structure and one original photograph of each proposed work area. Nine copies of each original photograph

Application Deadline

Monday prior to the 2nd Wednesday of the month by 5 p.m.

Planning Commission Public Hearings are held on the 2nd Wednesday of the month.
