Function Menu Bar Permit Street Name Contractor Column Sort
Function Menu Bar Use the Search button when you what to search either by Permit, Street Name or Contractor. Do not use any punctuation when entering data. Fill in one or more of the following fields and select Search button from the Function Menu Bar: Leaving all three fields empty when searching will default to retrieving all inspections. The Next button will appear when there are more results to be displayed. The Previous button will appear when you use the Next button to scroll. Note: It is possible to enter values for the above fields that may result in no matching criteria therefore no inspection results will be shown. Top of Help Info Permit Enter Permit Number as 1 char type followed by 7 digit base followed by 2 digit subbase (i.e., B020451050) You can enter beginning portion of a permit number to search on. Top of Help Info Street Name Enter Street Name as street name followed by street type followed by street direction (i.e., BATTLEFIELD BLVD S) You can enter beginning portion of a street name to search on. Top of Help Info Contractor Enter Contractor up to 50 characters. You can enter beginning portion of a contractor to search on Top of Help Info Column Sorting You can sort on Street Name, Contractor or Permit by clicking on the column name. By default a secondary sort is done on Date column. The double red arrows pointing downward indicates ascending sorting order. The double red arrows pointing upward indicates descending sorting order. For example, Permit shown above is sorted ascending order with secondary sort on date also ascending order. Top of Help Info
